I’ve been holding off planting any flowers and it’s a good thing. We got 2″ inches of snow last night.
As a matter of fact, it was so nice last weekend, so I spread some grass seed. I don’t think it’s going to sprout though because two days later, we got 14″ of the fluffy white stuff. This is the craziest spring I’ve ever seen.
In some places we don’t have any snow at all, then in others it totally blanketed. The moisture content is high too.
I wonder how the folks up the hill are doing? I’ll bet Dodge Ridge is going strong today. They’re expecting 2″ – 4″ inches more. It’s not much, but it’ll make the runs a little nicer.
I don’t expect this snow to stick around long, it’s still coming down and you can’t really tell if it’s raining or snowing anymore. It’s just that inbetween stuff, and it looks pretty gloomy outside.
Even the deer think this weather is for the birds.
Hopefully, it won’t snow clear through to June. It snowed a couple of years ago in JUNE. Who knows what tomorrow with bring?
