Heaven on Earth

Okay Twain Harte may not be heaven on earth but there are times it seems like it.  Like today, it is simply beautiful with a little breeze blowing, mid 80’s…  What I’d call a near perfect day. It’s not exactly perfect because the pollen has started in earnest.

The Pit StopCurrently, the most active trees are Maple and Pecan.  You have to scroll down on the page but you can get information on the pollen.  If you’re particularly sensitive to Maple and Pecan stay inside, with the windows closed on Sunday, when the pollen will be very heavy.  Expect rain and/or snow Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We could sure use some rain.

Our big news this week. The Pit Stop is having their Grand Opening tomorrow. Saturday, May 4, 2013.  Please leave a comment and welcome the new owners.

Good Afternoon,

My husband and I recently purchased The Pit Stop Eatery on Fuller Road. We invite you to our Grand Opening Celebration. SATURDAY, MAY 4TH.  The Pit Stop is under new ownership, we are looking forward to serving the community. Stop in, say hello, look around and enjoy…

Thanks

The Pit Stop Eatery

I know we’ll be stopping in, my husband simply loves this place. He says it’s better than the old Baker’s Deli in Galt.  I’ll just have to take his word for that.  Maybe I’ll take them a loaf of bread.  I’m becoming quite proficient at it.
