It just started snowing, big huge flakes. My Motherlode is calling for a light dusting but I don’t see it. It’s really coming down out there.
Winter Storm Watch Issued For The Sierra Nevada
A small storm system will move through the area on Monday.
Although only light precipitation is expected, the snow levels could drop to as low as 1000 through 2000 feet.
Snow accumulations in both the Mother Lode and the Sierra Nevada, will range from a dusting to three inches.
Strong gusty winds are expected in the mountains through Monday morning.
We shall see shortly. This could be the one.
