Get out the umbrella, dig out those galoshes and don’t forget the rain coat! It’s wet out there. It’s only been raining a couple of hours and we already have an inch and a half. But that’s not all…
Mymotherlode.com is calling for snow once again, in the forecast issued yesterday.
Winter Storm Warning Issued For Sierra Nevada — The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the Sierra Nevada from Friday 5 PM through Saturday 5 PM.
Snow levels will begin around 4500 feet before lowering to 3000 feet on Saturday.
Light snow accumulations are possible from 3000 through 3500 feet. Four to eight inches of snow is likely above 4000 through 5000 feet.
We could really get it this time… or it could fizzle and just give us rain. Only time will tell. (I’m crossing my fingers hoping for snow.)
