We been promised snow but I have to tell you it’s not looking good. Currently, it’s 37° but it feels like 25° it’s really cold out there probably because the wind is blowing. The humidity is 61 so, it could go either way. The air feels kind of heavy I can’t see (because it’s dark) the sky above so it’s anyone’s guess right now.
According to Ryan Campbell at the Union Democrat:
Forecasters say snow level could drop to 1,600 feet Wednesday
National Weather Service forecasters issued a Winter Storm Warning for the region this morning, saying rain and snow as low as 2,600 feet are all but certain late tonight.More of the same is forecast for Wednesday — with a 100 percent chance of precipitation and snow down to 1,600 feet. While flakes may fall, little or no snow accumulation is forecast in the foothills.
I’ve got a fire burning in the wood burner and I’m going to hope and pray for snow. It will probably start around 4:00 a.m. I’ll let you know. Drive safely, slow down the roads maybe icy in the morning.
